Mitch McConnell, the Senate Minority Leader urged US President Biden to withdraw Tracy Stone-Manning who was nominated to head the BLM (Bureau of Land Management) due to her ties to eco-terrorist plot and the misleading answers she gave to senators when questioned, Fox News informed.
Republicans on the Senate Energy Committee have already submitted a letter on Wednesday calling on President Biden to withdraw his nomination of Stone-Manning.
However, Fox News has found out that the Senate Republican with the highest-ranking has moved to stop Stone-Manning’s process of confirmation.
McConnell stated that they currently know that Biden’s candidate to lead the BLM lied to Senate about her ties with a certain eco-terrorist plot.
