Mitch McConnell, the Senate Minority Leader on Thursday said that GOP Senators are not trying to stop ‘everything’ US President Joe Biden proposes, but just the ‘worst,’ Fox News informed.
The Republican from Kentucky stated that his way to return to power in the Senate is addressing and prevention some of the far-left policies proposed by Democrats to be passed.
McConnell argued that if he is to become a majority leader once again, it will not be to stop anything but to stop the worst.
The Republican Senator who has served in the Senate for years claimed that he wants to hold the current president Biden accountable for his moderate platform, rather than succumbing to the progressives in his party.
