Sen. Rand Paul’s (R-Ky.) war of words with White House chief medical adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci seems as if it has no end after he slammed Fauci over his call for kids to wear face coverings, calling him an ignoramus, New York Post writes.
In Friday’s appearance on Fox News “The Ingraham Angle”, Paul said that the head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases probably has the highest IQ for someone who actually acts like an ignoramus every day of the week.
Paul was set off by Fauci saying that while vaccinated parents and children don’t have to wear masks at home, when a child is outside, not vaccinated and [is] interacting with other people, either in an outdoor or in an indoor setting, make sure the child is masked.
Senator Paul pointed that children don’t get this disease, and if they do get it, it’s a mild form, blasting Fauci and calling him Mr. Little Dictator who should show people the science if he wants kids to mask up and wear masks everywhere.
