Kathy Hochul Distances Herself from Cuomo in her First Public Address

Kathy Hochul, the New York Lieutenant Governor has addressed the public for the first time on Wednesday in an attempt to distance herself from Andrew Cuomo the disgraced former Governor, Fox News informed.

Hochul claimed that she was not close with the Governor, neither physically nor otherwise while serving her 6 years in office.

In a press conference, Hochil stated that former Governor made a promise for a peaceful power transition adding that under her leadership the “toxic” environment Cuomo has reportedly created would not continue.

She also said that there will be a turnover for sure, and that no one will describe her leadership as a toxic one.
