Chuck Schumer, the Senate Majority Leader announced late on Tuesday, that Budget Committee had reached a deal to channel $3.5 trillion aimed at a spending package that would wrap up the infrastructure plan of President Biden, Fox News informed.
Schumer told the journalists that the budget committee reached an agreement after a meeting with Democratic lawmakers behind closed doors.
Schumer said that if the spending package sum is added to the $600 billion bipartisan plan, the amount will be around $4.1 trillion which is very close to the sum President Joe Biden requested from them.
