US President Biden did not manage to come to a resolution with Turkey’s Recep Tayyip Erdogan, after country’s defiant buying of Russian rocket system, which is considered a security risk by NATO Alliance, CNBC informed.
Jake Sullivan, the nationa security advisor spoke to reporters on Thursday the both leaders of US and Turkey talked about the latter’s multibillion-dollar deal with Russia in 2017 for procuring the rocket system.
The Trump Administration in December, imposed sanctions on Turkey for purchasing the S-400 rocket system which was a defiant move by this NATO member country.
