President Donald Trump accused former Secretary of State and former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton of insanity over her remarks to two American politicians whom she suspected of having ties to Russia – Democratic congressman Tulsi Gabbard and former presidential candidate from The Green Jill Stein.
Hillary Clinton said that Russia is “courting” a Democratic candidate (according to media reports, Tulsi Gabbard) so that a person who will meet her interests runs for election, CNN reports. Clinton called Jill Stein the “Russian asset.”
“So now Crooked Hillary is at it again! She is calling Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard “a Russian favorite,” and Jill Stein “a Russian asset.” As you may have heard, I was called a big Russia lover also (actually, I do like Russian people. I like all people!). Hillary’s gone Crazy,” Trump tweeted.
Recall that in May 2017, when the United States launched an investigation into the alleged “Russian interference” in the 2016 elections, the case was supervised by special prosecutor Robert Muller.
In March 2019, the investigation announced that during the trial numerous attempts were made by Russian representatives to intervene in the US election race; however, it is impossible to declare a conspiracy between Donald Trump and Russia due to insufficient evidence.
