The Trump Organization has signed a deal with Saudi Arabia’s Dar Al Arkan real estate company to develop a signature Trump Resort worth $4 billion in Muscat, Oman.
The company said in a statement on Sunday that the AIDA development, a joint venture with the Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN Group), is set to be one of the world’s largest mixed-use real estate projects.
Dar Al Arkan Global’s CEO Zaid el-Chaar underscored that AIDA’s position on a high peak offers the truly unrivaled, most breathtaking horizons in the world spreading from the beautiful setting of a villa in majestic surroundings.
Situated directly by the sea in one of the most beautiful settings, the 100-meter-high hilltop project that will begin next year and is expected to take more than a decade to complete, will include the finest residential villas, a world-class hotel, and an iconic golf course built near Muscat.
Eric Trump, Executive VP of the Trump Organization, which is known for its exclusive, world-class developments, said in a statement that, together with Dar Al Arkan, they’re going to deliver an exceptional Trump Golf resort in the heart of Muscat, Oman.
Dar Al Arkan Chairman Yousef al-Shelash pointed out that their partnership with Trump will distinguish the company’s first project in Oman and put it on the global map as part of the efforts to enhance Dar Al Arkan’s unique projects with premium facilities and experiences.
Designed to adopt architectural foundations, AIDA’s master plan utilizes Oman’s rich natural surroundings and is being developed sustainably, fully respecting and preserving the topography of the area and its unique environmental features.
The meticulously planned championship golf course – designed by a renowned golf professional – will create a new luxury benchmark for golf in the region and will include an expansive golf club, state-of-the-art golf facilities, and an array of amenities.
