When a reporter questioned about the “conflicts of interest” the Biden administration confronts “when it comes to punishing persons (from Russia and China) who have done business with” the Biden family on Friday, White House press secretary Jen Psaki attempted to downplay the subject, Fox News informed.

A 2020 report from the Senate Homeland Security and Finance committees claimed that Hunter Biden’s investment firm, Rosemont Seneca Thornton, “received $3.5 million in a wire transfer” from Russian millionaire Elena Baturina, according to Steven Nelson of the New York Post.

He also mentioned a story that Vice President Biden had supper with the same woman in Georgetown at the time.

Nelson asked Psaki how come the Elena Baturina, who has done business with Biden’s son is still not under any sanctions and if she can explain what those $3.5 million were about.

Psaki responded that she had not received any confirmation if the report was correct, saying that she has no additional details.

“What would be his conflicts of interest?” Psaki was asked again about the conflicts of interest in sanctioning persons in Russia who allegedly have business relationships with the Biden family.

Psaki was asked once again about the conflicts of interest in penalizing persons in Russia who allegedly have business relationships with the Biden family.

Hunter Biden’s interests with Chinese private equity firm Bohai Harvest RST Equity Investment Fund Management Co. were divested late last year, according to his attorney, through Skaneateles LLC.

Nelson asked Psaki about the divestment and potential conflicts of interest surrounding President Biden’s China decision-making as she tried to call on other reporters.

The veracity of Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop, which has been left in a Delaware repair shop by the first son in 2019 before being given over to the FBI by the owner of the repair shop, was confirmed by The New York Times on Wednesday.
