Trump Accuses Biden of Letting Climate Extremists Run the US

As gas prices in the US skyrocket to record-highs pushed by Russia’s war against Ukraine, Former US President Donald Trump accused President Biden is of letting the radical climate extremists run the country.

Trump said that while the world burns, energy prices in the States are going to infinity all because of Biden. He also emphasized that this war should have never happened and that Putin would have done it if Trump was president.

With the national gas price average reaching more than $4 per gallon, according to AAA, Americans are paying the highest gas prices since the 2007-09 financial crisis.

Well aware that the ban would cost American families, Biden targeted the Russian economy’s main artery banning on Tuesday all imports of Russian oil, gas, and energy to the US, where they represent just under 10% of overall imports.

However, Russian oil exports account for about one-third of Europe’s oil imports.

Both Democrats and Republicans blasted Biden for the high gas prices even before the Russian invasion, with many of them publicly calling him to lessen the country’s dependence on foreign oil by opening up oil and gas drilling in the US.

Trump stressed that while Americans have the liquid gold, the oil. Running under their feet, the Biden administration is thinking of buying oil from Venezuela, Iran, and others who do not exactly love the US.

Reacting to reports of purchasing petroleum from countries like Iran and Venezuela, Trump accused Biden of letting the radical climate extremists run the country, pointing out that everyone is suffering because US leaders have no idea what they are doing.

Republicans have strongly criticized Biden for canceling the Keystone XL pipeline from Canada and freezing the new oil and gas leases on federal lands, urging him to lift his executive orders.

However, even though the White House is blaming Putin for the record-high gas prices in the US – #PutinPriceHike– and is vowing that Biden will do everything in his power to shield Americans from the crushing prices, White House press secretary Jen Psaki dismissed on Wednesday the possibility of restarting Keystone XL pipeline’s construction.
