Two Capitol Riot Suspects who Took Private Plane to DC Arrested in Texas

According to the FBI, two Dallas individuals were arrested and charged in connection to the Capitol riots in Washington D.C. last month, reported The Hill.

The two, reported to be real estate agents named Katherine Schwab and Jason Hyland, took a private jet from Texas to Washington D.C. to participate in the storming of the Capitol that left five people dead.

As written in their criminal complaint, they flew with another real estate agent, Jenna Ryan from Texas, who has been arrested for her involvement in the riots, and another not yet identified person.

Hyland was seen in many pictures from the riot, and he was arrested on February 2 in Texas and charged with knowingly entering or remaining in a restricted building or grounds without lawful authority and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds.

He described his entry into the Capitol in his criminal complaint.

“HYLAND described the walk up the steps of the Capitol building as a ‘funnel’. There were two Capitol Police Officers holding the doors open at the top of the stairs. HYLAND asked if he could go inside, and one of the police officers said, ‘everyone else is’,” is written in the complaint.

Reportedly, the one who set up the flight to D.C. for himself, Ryan, Schwab and the other unidentified person, was Hyland.

Schwab was also seen in photos posted on Facebook, which place her at the Capitol riots, and she was arrested on February 1, facing the same charges as Hyland.

Responding to a Facebook user on the question if she got the pictures inside the Capitol, Schwab replied “no because they closed the door behind us and had their guns drawn at a few… interesting though, the national guard was in there and didn’t move an inch. They sat back. They didn’t fight against us at all… because there was no need. After the girl was shot and killed that’s when we raised hell.”
