RON’S COMMENT: Today’s average is based on four polls, ranging from 40% (Reuters) to 46% (Fox News). Without these two extremes, it would still be 44%…. President Trump’s disapproval rating averages 54% today (+1 from Friday), which is 10 points higher than his approval rating.

RON’S COMMENT: 39% of voters with incomes below $50k say the economy is excellent or good, while 56% of those with incomes above $50k say so.

RON’S COMMENT: 9% of Democrats, 82% of Republicans and 28% of independents say Trump’s policy are helping the economy.

OBAMACARE

Which one of the following comes closest to what you would like to see lawmakers do with the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare––would you like lawmakers to repeal the law entirely, repeal parts of the law, expand the law, or leave it as is?

RON’S COMMENT: Voters are split. By party: 49% of Democrats want to expand Obamacare, while 55% of Republicans want to repeal it entirely. 
 
Do you think Obamacare has mostly been a good thing for the country or mostly been a bad thing for the country?

RON’S COMMENT: This Fox News poll shows half of the electorate believes Obamacare has been a good thing for the country. By party: 80% of Democrats, 17% of Republicans and 42% of independents say it’s been a good thing.
