RON’S COMMENT: Today’s average is based on seven polls, ranging from 39% (Reuters) to 48% (Rasmussen). Without these two extremes, it would still be 43%…. President Trump’s disapproval rating averages 53% today (same as yesterday), which is 10 points higher than his approval rating.

Among Democratic primary voters nationwide

RON’S COMMENT: Similar to another poll we reported recently, most Democratic voters are wide open as to their party’s next presidential nominee. Given fluidity of candidate attachment, this presidential primary field is ripe for shifts and surprises along the way––which offers a ray of hope to lesser known candidates.
