Laura Kelly Says Vaccine Mandate is Not Effective and Correct

Governor of Kansas Laura Kelly said that she was against Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate, arguing that this approach is neither correct nor effective for her state, Fox News informed.

Kelly said that they have received and reviewed the mandate from Biden, adding that although she wants to keep people safe, this directive is not the perfect solution for the State of Kansas.

Kelly also said that all of the states headed the fight against Covid-19 from its start and that now it is late for imposing federal standards.

Biden has signed an executive order directing all of the private companies with 100 or more than 100 employees to introduce a vaccine mandate that will start on January 4th.

On Saturday, the 5th US Circuit Court of Appeals allowed the emergency stay of the vaccine mandate issued by the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

Jeff Landry, the Louisiana Attorney General stated that this action will stop President Biden to move forward with this unlawful order.

Landry gave a statement saying that Joe Biden should not introduce medical procedures on US citizens without the constitutional checks and balances.

The mandate of the President was fiercely rejected almost immediately after it was announced.

Members of the GOP blasted the mandate in September right after it was revealed, saying that it is unconstitutional.
