AFL Blames Biden Administration for Concealing Documentation on Supreme Court Commission

The AFL (America First Legal), a group headed by Stephen Miller, former Donald Trump adviser has accused Biden administration of concealing documentation on the committee that oversees the idea of Supreme Court packing, Fox News informed.

According to Fox News who got the exclusive letter the AFL has sent to the Biden Administration in which they requested documentation connected to Supreme Court’s Presidential Commission, which was created by President Biden in April to review the possibilities of increasing the number of justices serving in the highest court.

The AFL said that the documentation should have already been published.

Gene Hamilton, the Vice President of AFL said for Fox News on Thursday that the conservative group has worked thoroughly to assure that the Biden administration will not use the commission in the Supreme Court in order to push a political agenda.
