Federal Judge Gives Trump Time to Challenge DOJ’s Order for Tax Return’s Disclosure to Congress

A federal court judge has given time to former President Donald Trump to challenge the order of the DOJ (Justice Department) that directed the IRS to disclose his tax returns to Congress, CNBC informed.

Judge Trevor McFadden from the District of Columbia stated that the former President and his attorneys have time until Wednesday to send a response to the order.

There was no response from either Trump or his lawyers on whether they are going to challenge the ruling of the DOJ.
