The number of GOP women that are part of the House of Representatives is currently at the highest level, Fox News informed.
However, the chief of House GOP reelection arm said that the Republican party is just getting started with this matter.
Representative Tom Emmer, the NRCC (National Republican Congressional Committee) chair said that 32 women are now serving in the House of Representatives which is the highest number ever in the conference.
Although the Republican party lost the White House and the Senate in the election in 2020, the party had some great success in the house races, shrinking the Democrats’ majority.
Out of the 15 House seats that were flipped by the GOP last November 11 were by women candidates.
