Arizona GOP state lawmakers approved a bill last week that is set to require students to be taught stories of those who fled communism, but not all lawmakers think that communism is the biggest threat the nation might face, Fox News informed.
Democratic Representative Daniel Hernández, speaking before the Arizona House chamber said that although everyone keeps hearing that this political ideology is the problem, in fact, the bigger threat is White Nationalism and the attack on the Capitol on January 6.
Hernández added that while communism should be discussed, another thing that students should learn is that it is not good to make an attempt to overthrow a government that has been democratically elected.
