A number of websites that were affiliated with Iran had been seized by the US government in what appears to be a law enforcement action, CNBC informed.
The websites that were seized started to display notices that they have been seized by the US.
Several news agencies from Iran stated that the US had seized numerous Iranian websites as well as pages that belong to Iran-affiliated groups such as the Houthi movement in Yemen.
However, some of the sites later starter to work normally.
