Ralph Abraham (R): 35%

Even 41% of Republicans rate him favorably. Third, his Republican rivals still “have a lot of work to do.”  Abraham, a GOP Congressman, is rated 31% favorable/20% unfavorable statewide. Rispone, a wealthy businessman and self-funder, is rated 12% favorable/24% unfavorable. It should be mentioned that the poll question included brief descriptions of the candidates, including their party and occupation. The open primary is Oct. 12.
