TRUMP JOB APPROVAL: AVERAGE 43%
Down 1 from Tuesday

RON’S COMMENT: Today’s average is based on five polls, ranging from 39% (IBD/TIPP) to 50% (Rasmussen). Without these two extremes, it would be 42%…. President Trump’s disapproval rating averages 53% today, which is 10 points higher than his approval rating.

BUSH 41: A NATION’S RESPECT

Favorable: 71%
Unfavorable: 23%

RON’S COMMENT: Even a majority of Democrats (60%) have a favorable opinion of former President George H.W. Bush. And, 80% of Republicans agree…. This poll also found that 65% of voters nationwide approved of the job he did as president. Most voters viewed him as a conservative (38%) or a moderate (27%). Only 8% said he was very conservative and only 7% said he was liberal.
